Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Service or if you change your mind about the subscription, you have the option to cancel your subscription within the first 07 days of subscribing. In this case, we will provide you with a refund of your subscription fee, and deduct the Credits that you already used from your account which will lead your account to be on negative. However, you will have to be on a positive balance to be able to use the app.

The refunded amount will be reflected in your bank account/card within 5-7 working days. Once the refund is initiated on pro rata basis.

Products can only be refunded once. For example if you buy a product and decide to request a refund, after you received the refund you can buy the product again but you might not be able to get another refund for the same product. Everything after one time will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that if you do not cancel your subscription within the first 07 days, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged for the next billing period. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund for that billing period.

However, you can still cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
